Mens Group
St James Mens Group comprises Christian men of all ages that have a tremendous variety of experiences, abilities and resources.
We enjoy working with others and have a bias towards action e.g. provding labour and skills to the renovation of the church hall, selling Xmas trees to raise funds for the church, cooking and serving special occasion meals.
One of those special occasion meals is the annual Ladies Night Dinner - the theme changes annually - this year (2013) the theme is "The Secret Garden" and the dinner is scheduled for May 11th.
We provide support to each other when times get tough.We meet once a month on a Saturday morning for breakfast and in the course of those gatherings we map out and organise our activity prohgrams. We dont ask any great committment of time - we recognise some men are only available at certain times or days.
